Julie Gugino has been a Licensed Esthetician for over 10 years. She has a unique style of facials, incorporating her services with massage, whether you are getting a peel, microdermabrasion, an infusion or one of our 5 signature facials, she wants to make her clients feel relaxed and comfortable. She looks at the healing aspect of the skin from all angles: skincare, diet, exercise and your everyday lifestyle. The first 5 years of Julie's career she worked as a Brow and Waxing Specialist at a brow bar right outside of San Francisco. She specializes in brow arching and shaping. She loves the look and smile on her clients faces, when a service is finished, whether it is a brow arching, lash lift or a facial. She loves meeting new people, getting to know their skincare wants and needs, and making her clients feel good about themselves.

I started my work as a health practitioner fifteen years ago when a friend had
introduced me to PIYO (Yoga and Pilates). My mind and body loved it because I've
struggled with chronic body pain my whole life. As someone young, I knew I wanted
to work with athletes, dancers, and anyone that had also struggled with pain
because I wanted to make a difference in my community. I like to incorporate yoga
stretches into my client sessions which has been a huge benefit to my clientele.
I became certified in Reiki level one and two in 2014. I enrolled in The New York
Institute of Massage in the fall of 2014. I knew I wanted to become a pain
management body worker. I believe a client needs to be treated in a full body
assessment so we can integrate a plan to better health. I like to work closely with my
clients one to one to find a solution that best meets their needs for massage care. My specialties include Swedish Massage, Medical Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage techniques, TMJ Specialty, Cupping, and Hot Stone Therapy. In the past year, I've had the pleasure of mentoring with a world renowned Medical Reiki practitioner. I now integrate my own reiki practices into my daily life and can
offer this treatment to my clients. My background also includes Ayurvedic nutrition. I will be a certified level 2 Ayurvedic Health Coach and I'm excited to start offering holistic nutrition options to my clients. I believe that what we put in our bodies is just as important as how we treat ourselves. I think when we create a well rounded lifestyle we function better in less pain and find more joy in life. I look forward to working with my clients health care goals for massage, nutrition, and wellness in the near future. I look forward to meeting and working with you at Pink Lemonade soon.

Shana Mazgaj is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in outpatient Head and Neck Oncology and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at ECMC.

Shana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Daemen College and subsequently pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree leading to Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also holds certifications in Botox injections from the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics as well as IV vitamin infusion therapy.

In addition to her full time focus on cancer care, she has developed a strong interest in medical aesthetics and decided to open Shay Maz Aesthetics & Wellness! Shana loves hosting Botox parties and is very passionate about treating traumatic facial scarring, acne scarring and hyperpigmentation utilizing the SkinPen Microneedling device.

Shana strives to help her patients overcome their health challenges while also enhancing their self-confidence and overall well-being. 

In her free time, Shana enjoys staying active outdoors, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends. 

My name is Emma Czerwinski, a licensed esthetician and owner of Serallia Esthetics. I perform my services within Pink Lemonade. I am a speed waxing guru, whether we are waxing legs, Brazilian, or shaping your beautiful brows. I will get you in and out of your services feeling confident and comfortable. I love teaching my clients the tips and tricks to keeping their skin smooth and flawless between appointments. I also perform facial services, and really focusing on customizing your treatment based on what your skin needs are. I am passionate about what I do, which I regard as one part skill, the other part art. It would be a privilege to show you how I can help you feel relaxed, renewed and great in the skin you're in!
